Relaxing smoothie with lemon balm

Did you know that lemon balm helps to counteract stress, to improve sleep, increase our cognitive function and help with digestion? In combination with our superfood mix Hormone Harmomony, this smoothie is a great way to create balance and prepare the body for a new week.

Ingredients

2 bananas

2 teaspoons Hormone Harmony superfoodmix

1-2 dl fresh lemon balm (can be replaced with other green leaves or herbs)

1 apple

2 cm fresh ginger

2 dl of water


Do this

Put all the ingredients in a blender and run for at least 1 minute. Pour into glass or bowl and top with berries and puffed quinoa.
