Banana bread with power kick

A healthy cake for the entire family.

Recipe

  • 3 chia eggs (Mix 3 tablespoons chia seeds + 9 tablespoons water)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 40 g melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dl coconut flour
  • 2 dl gluten-free oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1-2 dl water / vegan milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Berry Beautiful superfoodmix

Instructions

Mix everything in a blender, put in a form with parchment paper and place in the oven at 170 degrees for about 1 hour. Let the bread rest for a couple of hours - it can be a bit doughy if you cut it up immediately.
