Berry & destress smoothie

Smoothies are the perfect breakfast, snack, lunch or supper. They work any time of the day, can be done quickly and are packed with nutrients that the body can easily absorb. This smoothie helps improve sleep and counteracts our stress reaction. It also strengthens the thyroid gland and replenishes with important vitamins.

Recipe (2 large glasses or a large smoothie bowl)

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp Hormone Harmony superfoodmix
  • 1/2 dl (gluten-free) oatmeal
  • 1/2 dl frozen blueberries
  • 1 / dl frozen raspberries
  • 2 dates (optional)
  • 2 dl vegan milk

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender
  • Run on smoothie function (if available)
  • Top with berries and nuts
  • Drink and enjoy!

PS. If you want to make a nice kiwi decoration, peel and cut the kiwi into thin slices. Lay on the side of the glass and pour!
