Blueberry & pear smoothie, autumn fruits

Time to boost the autumn with blueberries & pear smoothie, containing Berry Beautiful. Berry Beautiful is full of antioxidants and composed of five different superfoods that are used in natural medicine to balance blood sugar, counteract sugar cravings, lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation and strengthen the skin's luster.

The taste is suitable for both large and small, and it is the "simplest" superfood mix from a taste perspective.

Ingredients, 2 glasses:

  • 2 dl blueberries (frozen)
  • 2 pears
  • 1/2 citron
  • 2 dl of water
  • 1 tsk superfood mix: Berry Beautiful (Lucuma, Ashwagandha, Baobab, Blueberries, Acai)
  • Honey to taste (please taste)

Instructions

  • Speel the pears and core them. Add the blueberries, pears, Berry Beautiful and water to the mix.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice into the mix (without lemon seeds).
  • Mix everything into a smooth smoothie and add some blueberries or top with lemon balm when pouring smoothie into 2 glasses.

Some facts about the fruits

Blueberries contain large amounts of C-vitamin, B-vitamins and antioxidants (tips - Swedish contains larger amounts).

Pears are more uncommon that we talk about, however, pears also contain nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and fiber. Did you know that a normal-sized pear (140g - only 55 kcl) contains twice as much fiber as an apple?
