This smoothie is perfect to start the day with, especially when you need to get good meal in a short time. It takes no more than five minutes to make and with just a few ingredients you have a great meal filled with vitamins, minerals and proteins. Put the ingredients in a blender and drink immediately:
- 1 tbsp ProteinPowers
- 1 banana
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- 2 dl water or vegan milk
Mix and enjoy! If you want to experiment with flavors, try mixing in a handful of spinach leaves, an avocado, some fresh ginger, fresh spices or nuts.
