Boost the immune system with a green superfood smoothie

How much green can you get in a power smoothie? This one takes 5 minutes to put in a blender and tastes as good as anything. In just one glass you get:

Recipe (2 large glasses or a large smoothie bowl)

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 small piece of fresh turmeric
  • 1 dl frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp Health Haven superfood mix (Spirulina, matcha, lucuma, acerola, ginger)
  • 2 dl of water

Do this

  • Place all ingredients in a blender
  • Run on smoothie function (if available)
  • Drink and enjoy!
