Boost the immune system with a green superfood smoothie

How many greens can you get in a power smoothie? This takes 5 minutes to make and taste so good. Plus, in just one glass you get all these goodies in your body! 

Recipe (2 large glasses or a large smoothie bowl)

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 small piece of fresh turmeric
  • 1 dl frozen mango
  • 1 tsp Health Haven superfood mix (spirulina, matcha, lucuma, acerola, ginger)
  • 2 dl of water

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender
  • Run on smoothie programme if available) 
  • Drink and enjoy!
