Chia pudding with berries

Good, healthy and super simple breakfast or in between meal snack

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 dl coconut milk or your favorite milk
  • 1 teaspoon Hormone Harmony or Berry Beautiful superfood mix
  • Some berries, fresh spices or nuts to top with

Instructions

  • Take 3 tablespoons chia seeds and mix with vegan milk and 1-2 tablespoons of superfood mix.
  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or overnight.
  • Top with fruit, berries or nuts.

Eat and enjoy - lots of goodies.
