A de-stressing smoothie

A tasty smoothie bowl that is perfect for a stressful day. Based on the Hormone Harmony superfood mix which, among other things, helps to counteract the body's stress reaction, increase focus and strengthen the thyroid gland.

Ingredients 2 large glasses or a large bowl)

  • 1/2 -1 tbsp Hormone Harmony
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 dates
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 2 dl vegan milk
  • Cinnamon and cardamom to taste

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender and run for at least 1 minute. Pour into glass or bowl. Top with chocolate nibs, banana, cinnamon and pomegranate seeds. Eat and enjoy!
