A green quick lunch

A super tasty and nutritious lunch smoothie. Perfect when you are in a hurry but still want to have a healthy lunch.

Ingredients 2 large glasses or a large bowl)

  • 1 tbsp Health Haven
  • 1/2 avocado
  • A large handful of fresh kale
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 2 dl of water

Do this

Put all the ingredients in a blender and run for at least 1 minute. Pour into glass or bowl. Top with fruit, berries or seeds. Eat and enjoy!
