Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups oatmeal
  • 40 g pumpkin seeds
  • 75g nuts of your choice (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews or walnuts)
  • 1 cup dried fruit (e.g. cranberries, raisins or dried apricots)
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 krm sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • about 1 dl honey

Do this

Heat the oven to 170° C and cover a tray with baking paper.

Mix all the dry ingredients except the dried fruit in a bowl. Melt coconut oil and honey in a saucepan until dissolved. Add the dry ingredients to the saucepan and stir thoroughly.

Pour the granola mixture onto a baking sheet. G save in the middle of the oven for about 20-25 minutes. When there are about 5 minutes left in the oven, add the dried fruit.

Allow the granola to cool slightly before you start eating it.

Tip! When half the time has passed (after about 10 minutes), you can take the tray out of the oven and mix around so that the granola does not burn.

If you don't have time to eat it all, you can easily store this granola in an airtight jar.
