Hemmagjord granola

Homemade granola

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C

3 1/4 dl oatmeal
40 g pumpkin seeds
75 g coarsely chopped nuts (eg almonds, hazel, para-,
cashews or walnuts)
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1 dl coconut flakes
1 cream cinnamon
1 cream sea salt
1 tablespoon coconut oil
about 1 dl honey
1 dl dried cranberries, raisins (or small pieces of dried
apricots)

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, except it
dried fruit. Melted coconut oil and honey in one
saucepan and mix this thoroughly with the dry ones
the ingredients.

Spread the granola mixture evenly on one
baking paper lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 20-25
minutes. After 10 minutes, stir the granola so that it
does not get burned. A few minutes before it's done,
also place the dried fruit in the oven.

Let the granola cool. Eat it straight away or store in one
airtight jar.
