Italian pesto sauce from Tuscany

This is my family's favorite Italian pesto sauce. I got this recipe on my trip to Tuscany, Tenuta Quarrata, Capannoli Italy. What a wonderful trip I had with my old schoolmates, sharing memories and creating new ones. One of the activities we did was to cook homemade Italian food with pasta and pesto sauce. Today I use the recipes as often as I can (not always time to make the pasta), but nothing beats your own pesto sauce.

50 g basil leaves
3 tablespoons pecorino cheese
50 g parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Salt
pine nuts
Garlic (optional)
1 teaspoon Detox Deluxe organic mixture

Take clean and well-dried basil leaves (50g), add to the mixer, add pecorino cheese (3 tablespoons), parmesan cheese (50g), olive oil, salt, pine nuts and garlic (optional). Stir well at the lowest speed until creamy. And I always add something green, 1 teaspoon Detox Deluxe organic mixture - it adds the extra green touch.
