Make your own Nutella with cashews, honey, cocoa, olive oil and vanilla bean. Perfect for dessert with berries or for baking.
- 1 tablespoon of Protein Power - 350 g natural cashew nuts - 3 tablespoons of cocoa -3 tbsp liquid honey - 3/4 dl olive oil, mild - 1/2 vanilla pod
Do this: 1. Place the cashews in a blender or food processor. Mix the nuts until they release their oil and form a creamy mass. Usually takes a while, about 3-5 minutes.
2. Add Protein Power, cocoa and honey and mix until they become a smooth mixture.
3. Add oil and mix a little more. Scrape out half a vanilla pod and mix the vanilla seeds into the nut cream.
4. Pour into a jar and store in the fridge, perfect for dessert with berries or for baking.
