Protein & berry lunch smoothie

A filling smoothie bowl with green proteins and vitamins - perfect for a quick lunch or after work-out. In just one glass, you get all the essential amino acids, rich in dietary fiber, minerals and healthy omega-3 fats, vitamin c and the important antioxidants.

Recipe (2 large glasses or a large smoothie bowl)

  • 2 frozen bananas (frozen banana gives more fluff)
  • 1 tablespoon Protein Power superfood mix (Hemp protein, pea protein, cocoa, cordyceps, guarana)
  • 1 dl (gluten-free) oatmeal
  • 1 dl frozen blueberries
  • 2 dl vegan milk

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender
  • Run on smoothie function (if available)
  • Top with berries and nuts
  • Eat and enjoy!


Great as a start to the day, as a quick lunch or after a workout!
