A berry smoothie that is perfect as an afternoon coffee or when the body needs a dose of energy.
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1 banana
- 1 cm fresh turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp Berry Beautiful
- 1/2 tbsp Hormone Harmony
Place all ingredients in a blender. Run on smoothie function (if available). Drink and enjoy!
