Super fresh strawberry smoothie for recovery and antioxidant boost

A fresh berry smoothie to boost the energy and fill up with antioxidants .

Recipe

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cm fresh turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp Berry Beautiful (for antioxidants)
  • 1 tsp Hormone Harmony (for recovery and balance )

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender
  • Run on smoothie programme if available) 
  • Drink and enjoy
