Some of you have asked how they can get superfoods into their children. This is absolutely the best tip. My children got this ice cream instead of Saturday candy and they were super happy. Also, it was fun to eat green ice cream. The ice cream is a real health boost, packed with fibre, vitamins, the protein Spirulina contains 3 times as much protein as beef, and minerals.
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 frozen sliced bananas (should be frozen for at least 2 hours)
- 1 dl frozen mango
- 1 dl frozen pineapple
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp Health Haven
Measure all the ingredients in a bowl. Run with a hand mixer to a smooth batter. The bananas may need to thaw for a few minutes before they can be blended. Pour into a bowl or glass and top with berries. Eat and enjoy!
