A green protein-smoothie. In just one glass, you get all the essential amino acids, plenty of fibers, minerals and healthy omega-3 fats, vitamin C and the important antioxidants.
Recipe (2 large glasses or a large smoothie bowl)
- 2 frozen bananas (frozen banana gives more fluff)
- 1 apple
- 1/2 dl frozen blueberries
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 tablespoon Protein Power superfood mix (Hemp protein, pea protein, cocoa, cordyceps, guarana)
- 2 dl vegan milk
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender
- Run on smoothie function (if available)
- Top with berries and nuts
- Drink and enjoy!
Great as a start to the day, as a quick lunch or after a workout!
