Saffron cake with berry beautiful

We want to share with you a recipe that is not only delicious but also has a hint of Christmas in every bite. Our Berry Beautiful Saffron Cake is a lovely combination of flavors that will bring to mind the coziness of mulled wine and Christmas love.

Ingredients, 1 serving:

• 1 - 2 tsp Berry Beautiful
• 1 tbsp chia seeds with 3 tbsp water
• 1 tablespoon almond flour
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1/4 packet of saffron
• 4 dates

Do this:

1. Set the oven to 175 °C
2. Mix everything into a smooth batter.
3. Pour into a greased serving dish.
4. Bake for about 10-12 min.
5. Top with optional accessories
