This simple and delicious dessert is the perfect treat for anyone who loves the sweet and fruity taste of strawberries. With just a few ingredients and a few simple steps, you can quickly create your own strawberry mousse with Berry Beautiful!
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 2 tsp Berry Beautiful
- 200 gr frozen strawberries
- 2.5 dl refrigerator-cold coconut cream
Do this:
1. Remove the strawberries from the freezer and let them thaw on the counter for about a minute.
2. After the strawberries have thawed a bit, place them in a food processor with Berry Beautiful and mix them until you get a smooth ice cream consistency.
3. Pour the cream into a large bowl. Whip the cream lightly, but make sure it doesn't become fluffy.
4. When the strawberries have reached the desired consistency, fold them into the whipped cream. Mix gently until well combined.
5. Serve the finished strawberry mousse immediately.
6. To give the mousse an extra touch, please top it with some coconut chips and our freeze-dried strawberries before you serve it!
